Your paid course license is valid for a period ranging from six (6) months up to two (2) years from the date you first gain access, depending on the course. The access period of each course is shown on its course page and at the time of purchase. Extensions may be requested before your access expires.

Yes. You may request an extension by contacting us at courses@bdo.com.jo before your license expires. Extensions are granted at our sole discretion.

Yes, your enrollment includes access to the course content, study materials, and any resources provided as part of that course on our training platform.

For our GAQM courses, we are an accredited GAQM test center: we handle the exam registration and administration and you can book your preferred exam date and time with our academy.

On the relevant GAQM course page, click the "Book an Exam" button, submit the form on that page, and our team will contact you to confirm your exam schedule.

Please contact us as early as possible to reschedule or cancel an exam booking. Policies vary by certification body, and fees or restrictions may apply.

Upon successful completion of the course and, where applicable, passing the certification exam, you will receive a certificate through the certification body and/or the academy.
