Overview
The ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Implementer certification by GAQM validates the capability to plan, establish, operate and continually improve a Quality Management System (QMS) that conforms to ISO 9001:2015.
The program takes participants through the implementation lifecycle of a QMS - from gap analysis and planning to documented processes, operation and internal evaluation - preparing them to lead implementation projects.

Exam Registration & Certification
The ISO 9001:2015 - Certified Lead Implementer certification is awarded by the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) after passing the corresponding certification examination. As an accredited GAQM test center, our academy handles the exam registration and administration for our candidates.
Each GAQM exam voucher includes two attempts, so candidates who do not pass on the first attempt may retake the exam with their second attempt. Once passed, the certification is valid for life and does not require renewal.
