Overview
The Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification by GAQM recognises a broad, practical command of the IT function for professionals who manage technology in organisations. It spans the full lifecycle from IT strategy and infrastructure to service delivery and governance.

Exam Registration & Certification
The Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) certification is awarded by the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) after passing the corresponding certification examination. As an accredited GAQM test center, our academy handles the exam registration and administration for our candidates.
Each GAQM exam voucher includes two attempts, so candidates who do not pass on the first attempt may retake the exam with their second attempt. Once passed, the certification is valid for life and does not require renewal.
