Scrum Master (CSM)
Overview
The Scrum Master (CSM) certification by GAQM validates the practical skills of the Scrum Master role: facilitating Scrum events, coaching the team, removing impediments and protecting the team's focus on delivering value.
The program covers the Scrum framework in depth, the role of the Scrum Master within it, and the facilitation and coaching behaviours that help self-organising teams perform at their best.

Exam Registration & Certification
The Scrum Master (CSM) certification is awarded by the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM) after passing the corresponding certification examination. As an accredited GAQM test center, our academy handles the exam registration and administration for our candidates.
Each GAQM exam voucher includes two attempts, so candidates who do not pass on the first attempt may retake the exam with their second attempt. Once passed, the certification is valid for life and does not require renewal.
